All course material is owned and operated by Improve U ("Improve U") and is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Improve U's Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Improve U (collectively, the "Agreement").

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Improve U, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Courses. Course content was developed by Improve U and is copyrighted by same. Improve U offers its courses to help people on their journey to creating the world they desire and makes no promise of peace and prosperity. The ideas presented are subject to individual understanding and consistent work with the material. The journey may be life-long.

Class Limit. Because of the interactive nature of Improve U’s courses and the amount of practice engaged in, most are offered in person and are limited to 40 students per class. People are accepted into the course on a first come first served basis. Registration is complete when payment is received.

Registration. A person may register for Improve U courses online, over the phone, by e-mail or in person on the day of the event as space allows. A late registration fee of $20 will be assessed to anyone registering within five (5) days of the event.

  • The website contains information about the upcoming course, date, time, location and cost, and provides the ability to register and pay.
  • As the information becomes available, the website will list cities and dates in which the course will be offered across a number of months.
  • For those needing overnight stays, information is provided about block rooms at the course hotel.
  • In-person registration on the day of the class will be accepted until ten (10) minutes before the start time; registration will be processed online for credit card payments or on paper for payments by check.

Payments. Payments may be made by credit card or Pay Pal on the secure registration page on the website or by check. Checks may be sent to Improve U, P.O. Box 918, Emigrant, MT 59027 until a week in advance of the event or delivered in person on the day of the class. To avoid being closed out of a session because it has reached capacity, it is recommended that students register and pay as early as possible.

Cancellations. Cancellations received in writing prior to five (5) days before the event will result in the return the fee minus $20. Cancellations received in writing within five (5) days of the class will result in the transfer of funds to a future course minus $20. There will be no refunds given for those who register and do not show up, or who leave early, and therefore no continuing education credit will be given.

Course Monitoring Procedures. Sign-in takes place before each hour and a half session (one full sign-in and five initial sheets). Because class size is limited and exercises frequently require partners, missing people are noticed. Class participants must turn off and put away all cell phones and tablets. Students who are late or leave mid-session will not receive credit for the course.

Completion Certificates. Certificates will be completed in advance from information provided at the time of registration and handed out in person at the end of the course as people leave. For those who register on the day of the class, certificates will be completed and e-mailed no later than one (1) week from the course completion date.

Course & Instructor Evaluations.  Evaluation forms will be distributed during the final participant exercise. Prior to completing evaluations, one participant will be sought to collect the completed forms. A manila envelope will be supplied to the collector. Students will hand or pass to the collector all completed forms. The collector will seal the envelope and hand it to the instructor. Completed forms will be retained at Improve U for one year.
